Disconnecting accounts and closing your account

Disconnecting an ad account

1. Go to Settings, then Platform Connections.
2. Choose the platform and disconnect it.

Access ends immediately. Because Snifferdog doesn't store your ad account data, there's nothing left behind to delete. Your ad accounts, campaigns and their history stay exactly where they are, in your own accounts.

What happens to live campaigns?

Campaigns live in your own ad accounts, so they keep running after you disconnect. If you want them to stop, pause them in Snifferdog first, or pause them in the platform's own ads manager.

To close your account, email hello@gyregimble.co.uk from the address you signed up with, and we'll take care of it.
