Resetting your password

How to reset your Snifferdog password if you've forgotten it or can't sign in.

  1. On the Snifferdog sign-in page, select the forgotten password option.
  2. Enter the email address you signed up with.
  3. Check your inbox for a reset link, including your spam folder.
  4. Follow the link and choose a new password.
